Height & ticket category
For safety, children below 80 cm are not permitted in the inflatable park. Visitors measuring 80 cm to 140 cm require a Kid ticket. Visitors 140 cm and above require an Adult ticket. Height is measured at the venue; incorrect ticket category may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Pricing & fees
Listed ticket and family package prices are inclusive of GST. At checkout, a 4% convenience fee applies, plus 18% GST on the convenience fee only. The total payable amount is shown before you proceed to Razorpay.
Tickets & sessions
Tickets are valid strictly for the booked venue, date, and 1-hour session time slot. Date or time slot changes are not permitted after booking. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session for check-in, security screening, safety briefing, and grip socks fitting.
Park rules
No shoes or hard footwear inside the inflatable park. Grip socks are mandatory (complimentary at venue). No sharp objects, bags, food, drinks, or prohibited items in the inflatable area. Follow staff and safety marshals at all times. Children should be supervised where required.
Eligibility & conduct
Anyone not complying with safety rules may be denied entry or asked to leave without a refund. Participants must use inflatables responsibly.
Refunds
Ticket sales are final under our No Refund / No Return Policy, except where the entire event is cancelled and no alternative date is offered.
