These Event & Ticket Booking Terms apply to all purchases for BIGG BOUNCE — India's Largest Bouncing Theme Park, produced by Livetree Entertainment.

Age & ticket category

Children under 2 are not allowed inside the bouncing theme park. Ages 2–11 require a Kid ticket. Ages 12 and above require an Adult ticket. Every group with children must include at least one accompanying parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above with an Adult ticket. One guardian may accompany multiple children; child-only bookings are not allowed.

Parent / guardian acknowledgement & indemnity

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian, aged 18 or above, of the child or children covered by this booking, that they are aged 2 to under 12, and that I will accompany and actively supervise them throughout their visit. I understand that bouncing and inflatable activities carry inherent risks, including falls, collisions and injury, and confirm that each child is fit to participate. I will follow all safety instructions and inform staff of any relevant medical condition. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I accept those inherent risks on behalf of the children and agree to indemnify BIGG BOUNCE and its operators against claims arising from inaccurate information, failure to supervise, or breach of safety instructions. This acknowledgement does not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. By entering my full name and accepting below, I sign this acknowledgement electronically.

All bookings including children require parent / guardian acknowledgement. Existing child-only tickets require a signed parent / guardian indemnity at the gate before admission. The guardian must be physically present and supervise the children.

Pricing & fees

Listed ticket and family package prices are inclusive of GST. The total payable amount is shown before you proceed to Razorpay.

Tickets & sessions

Tickets are valid strictly for the booked venue, date, and 1-hour session time slot. Date or time slot changes are not permitted after booking. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session for check-in, security screening, and safety briefing.

Park rules

No shoes or hard footwear inside the inflatable park. Grip socks are mandatory for all participants. No sharp objects, bags, food, drinks, or prohibited items in the inflatable area. Follow staff and safety marshals at all times. Children must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above.

Eligibility & conduct

Anyone not complying with safety rules may be denied entry or asked to leave without a refund. Participants must use inflatables responsibly.

Refunds

Ticket sales are final under our No Refund / No Return Policy, except where the entire event is cancelled and no alternative date is offered.

Rain disruptions

If the show is affected by rain, you will receive a free reschedule link to move your booking to a future available session. No refund will be issued.
