All ticket sales for BIGG BOUNCE are final. Once a booking is confirmed, tickets cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Tickets are non-refundable in cases including:
- Change of plans or personal circumstances
- Failure to attend the event
- Late arrival
- Incorrect date, time slot, or ticket selection
- Illness, travel delays, or transportation issues
- Failure to present a valid ticket or identification
- Refusal of entry due to non-compliance with safety rules
- Removal from the venue for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
- Choosing not to participate after entering the venue
- Temporary closure or unavailability of individual attractions
Event cancellation
If BIGG BOUNCE cancels the entire event and no alternative date is offered, eligible customers will receive a refund of the ticket's face value in accordance with this policy.
Event rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled or the venue is changed within the same city, your ticket remains valid for the revised date, session, or venue. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Weather policy
The event may be temporarily delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control. Temporary closure of individual attractions does not qualify for a refund.
